Eagle Construction & Engineering
24/7 emergency response · San Diego County

When it floods, burns, or blows through — one team, start to finish.

Water, fire, mold, and storm damage — mitigated and rebuilt by one licensed contractor. We dry it out, make it safe, and put your property back together, with the reconstruction handled in-house.

Licensed general contractor · Insurance claims welcome · We rebuild in-house

Most restoration companies stop at cleanup. We rebuild too.

The hardest handoff in restoration is the one between drying out the damage and rebuilding it — and it's exactly where most companies stop and call a separate contractor.

Because we're a licensed general contractor with engineering in-house, we do both. One team owns the outcome from the first extraction to the last coat of paint — no gap, no second company, no finger-pointing over who's responsible.

What we restore

Every kind of damage, handled

Water damage

Burst pipes, slab leaks, failed water heaters, flooding, and sewage backups. We extract the water, dry the structure to the studs with metered monitoring, handle the mold risk, and rebuild what was ruined.

Mold

Mold follows moisture and can take hold within a day or two. We inspect to find what's there and what's feeding it, remove it under containment and HEPA filtration, and fix the source so it doesn't come back.

Fire & smoke

Fire leaves more than a burned room — smoke, soot, odor, and the water used to fight it spread throughout. We secure the property, clean and deodorize, and rebuild from board-up to finished restoration.

Storm & weather

Wind, rain, and fallen trees usually mean roof leaks, water intrusion, and structural damage at once. We make emergency repairs to stop the damage, then restore and rebuild — one team for the roof and the water inside.

Emergency response

The first hours decide how bad it gets

Water spreads and mold starts within a day or two, so we don't wait for business hours. Call and we'll get a crew out to extract water, tarp the roof, board up openings, and stabilize before the damage grows.

The rebuild

Reconstruction, in-house

Drywall, flooring, framing, cabinetry, roofing, and structural repairs — we self-perform the full rebuild, so your property comes back to its pre-loss condition (or better) without a second contractor in the mix.

The claim

Insurance, handled

A restoration is only as smooth as its claim. We document the loss with photos and Xactimate estimates, talk directly with your adjuster, and file supplementals when hidden damage turns up — so the scope is fair and fully paid.

Common questions

Do you offer 24/7 emergency response?
Yes — water, fire, and storm emergencies don't wait for business hours, so neither do we. Call us any time and we'll get a crew moving to extract water, board up, tarp, and stabilize before the damage spreads.
Do you handle the rebuild, or just cleanup?
Both. We're a licensed general contractor, so after mitigation and drying we handle the full reconstruction in-house — drywall, flooring, framing, cabinetry, roofing, and structural repairs. One team, mitigation through finished rebuild.
Will you work with my insurance?
Yes. We document the damage with photos and Xactimate estimates, communicate directly with your adjuster, and handle supplemental estimates when hidden damage turns up — so your claim moves and your out-of-pocket stays fair.
How fast does mold become a problem?
Mold can begin to grow within 24–48 hours of water intrusion, which is why fast drying matters. We assess mold risk on every water job and handle inspection, containment, HEPA filtration, and removal as part of the restoration.
