We hired Eagle Construction & Engineering to help us with the engineering and permitting for our new single-family home, including the grading plans and coordination with the city. From the very beginning, they were incredibly knowledgeable and organized. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered every question we had, and made what seemed like a complicated project much easier to understand. The grading portion of our project had several challenges, but their engineering team came up with practical solutions that satisfied the city’s requirements without creating unnecessary costs. Whenever the city requested revisions or had comments, they responded quickly and kept everything moving. What impressed us most was their communication and professionalism. We always knew where the project stood, and they genuinely cared about helping us get our permits approved as efficiently as possible. If you’re looking for an engineering firm that understands residential development and knows how to navigate the permitting process, I would absolutely recommend Eagle Construction & Engineering.

I had a room addition that required structural engineering, foundation work, framing, AND city inspections. Having the same company involved from the design stage through construction made everything very streamlined. Sina and the Eagle team handled everything from the beginning to the end, keeping me in the loop and making sure all my questions were addressed. Will be using them on my next project!

We had a really good experience remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms with them. They were responsive, professional, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, but most importantly they were able to bring my moms dream designs to life. I’d definitely recommend them for engineering work!

Hire them. I needed a structural engineer during my escrow/ inspection contingency period. Eagle construction replied quickly and the following day I had an appointment. They helped me assess my future homes foundation and structural integrity. Sina took the time to explain everything in layman’s terms and I never felt rushed and we had A LOT of questions.
