Site Development

From raw dirt to a build-ready site.

Before anything gets built, the site has to be made ready — cleared, graded to plan, compacted, and set up for utilities. Site development is the earthwork and prep that turns a raw or difficult lot into a stable pad you can build on.

As a Class A contractor with civil engineering in-house, we handle the grading, soil work, and site prep together with the plans behind them, so the pad is built to spec and passes inspection.

Common questions

What does site development include?
Clearing the lot, excavation and grading to the engineered plan, building the pad, importing or exporting soil to balance the site, and compacting and stabilizing the subgrade so it's ready for foundations and utilities.
Do you handle the grading plans too?
Yes — our civil engineers produce the grading and drainage plans in-house, so the design and the dirt work answer to one team and stay coordinated through inspection.
